Meet Our Founder and Head of School

Ashley Carter is a dedicated servant leader who is dedicated to providing children with high-quality early childhood education. Ashley worked at two childcare centers while in college, where she discovered a love for working with young children. During her college years, she began to focus on becoming an educator. Ashley has spent the last eight years working in the public school system. Ashley received her bachelor's degree in University Studies with a concentration in Communications and Health from The University of Texas at Arlington. Concordia University Portland later conferred her a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction - Teacher Leadership. Ashley is currently pursuing a Doctorate in K-12 Educational Leadership at Dallas Baptist University. 

 

 

Ashley enjoyed teaching students and coaching teachers, but she had a dream of opening her own early childhood center to provide quality education and care for young children. Ashley's interest in early childhood education grew as she witnessed the impact it had on the development of her own children. She believes that laying a solid foundation in childhood sets the stage for lifelong learning and success. Ashley is determined, based on her extensive experience and academic background, to create a nurturing and stimulating environment in which children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 

 

Ashley diligently researched and studied best practices in early childhood education in pursuit of her dream. She attended conferences, workshops, and seminars on a regular basis, always looking for new information and innovative approaches to improve her skills as an educator and administrator. Ashley developed a comprehensive and holistic curriculum that addresses all aspects of a child's growth and development as a result of her dedication and hard work. She believes in providing a well-rounded education that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence in addition to academic skills. Ashley is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment in which children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and express themselves. She recognizes the significance of creating a nurturing environment in which students can thrive and develop their individual strengths and talents. Ashley believes in the value of teamwork and actively involves parents and the community in the educational process. She believes that education is a collaborative effort involving teachers, students, parents, and the community, and she works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is involved and invested in each child's success. Ashley is a truly remarkable and inspiring educator, thanks to her passion for education and her unwavering commitment to her students' well-being and growth.
